Terms & Conditions

1. Points Expire every 3 years from the date they were earned.
2. Points cannot be redeemed in exchange for cash.
3. Points cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other offer
4. Points in Silk Vault can only be redeemed on the listed shop and website platforms listed ( Tettiera.com, thefinewriter.com, packtoschool.com.mt and Faber-Castell the concept store in Msida.) 
5. Points cannot be transferred to other client accounts
6. Silk Seven Ltd reserves the right to withdraw or terminate loyalty privileges at any time at our discretion.
7. You acknowledge that by becoming a loyalty scheme member you also accept that you may receive updates including marketing communications from us from time to time. If you do not wish to receive marketing communications you are kindly requested to tick the appropriate field in the physical form you have completed or otherwise notify us by email. You shall at any time also be entitled to opt out and withdraw your consent from being considered a loyalty scheme member.
8. You acknowledge that by becoming a loyalty scheme member you are providing your personal information to us to enable us to process, manage and administer your loyalty scheme membership.
9. You are kindly asked to keep us informed of any changes in the personal details or particulars recorded with us from the time when you applied for loyalty scheme membership, such as a change in telephone/mobile number or email address.
10. We reserve the right to revise, amend or modify these terms and conditions from time to time at our discretion. Any such revision, amendment or modification will be posted here.
