About the Role
As an Operations Lead & Administration , you will play a key role in managing order processing, overseeing production, handling dispatches, and supporting daily operations. You will also assist in customer support and ensure smooth backend processes to maintain efficiency and quality.
Key Responsibilities

Production Planning & Monitoring – Oversee production schedules and ensure smooth workflow whilst working closely with the packers.

Quality Control – Maintain high standards for our luxury product collections.

Inventory Management – Monitor and manage stock levels for production and managing the system for stock transfers and general inventory updates and production bundles.

Sales Administration & Order Processing – Handle online and offline sales operations.

E-Commerce Content Management – Maintain product listings on Websites.

Order Dispatch & Logistics – Manage courier bookings and dispatch system.

Customer Support & Client Queries – Assist customers with inquiries and orders.

Administrative & Procurement Support – Aid in sales operations and procurement tasks and general administration.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate should have:
✔ Strong attention to detail & a creative flair – Ensuring product presentation meets high standards.
✔ Excellent organizational & multitasking skills – Ability to juggle various tasks efficiently.
✔ Good communication & coordination abilities – Working closely with the team and customers.
✔ Basic digital & tech skills – Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and social media.
✔ E-Commerce knowledge – Experience with WooCommerce, cloud solutions, barcode systems, and e-cash tills is a plus (training provided).
Requirements

Language: Fluent in English (Maltese is a plus, but not mandatory).

Education: O-Level or A-Level qualifications (Marketing/Sales background is an asset).

Computer Proficiency: Basic Microsoft Office skills.

Food Handler’s License: Preferred (guidance will be given on obtaining one if needed).

Eligibility: Must be an EU citizen or have the legal right to work in Malta.
